CRITICAL DISCLOSURE FOR MOBILE DEVICES: Our applications request access to background or fine/coarse GPS location services. This location data is captured only during payment collection events. This is done to verify the physical presence of field collection agents at the borrower's address and to prevent transaction fraud. This location data is never shared with third-party advertisers or data brokers.

4. Database Security & Tenant Isolation

Our SaaS infrastructure leverages an isolated database model. Each registered company (tenant) has their own database credentials. This ensures absolute separation of financial records. All communication with our servers is encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL/TLS).

5. Data Retention & Deletion Rights (Play Store Policy)

We store data as long as the tenant maintains an active subscription. Under Google Play Store developer guidelines, users have the right to request deletion of their personal information. If you are a borrower wishing to delete your data, please contact your lending administrator. If you are a tenant requesting complete data purging, please email us at support@vajochaga.in, and we will purge your database within 72 hours.

6. Sharing of Data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your data to third parties. Data is only shared with trusted subprocessors (such as **Razorpay** for subscription payments, or **Firebase** for cloud notifications) as required to deliver the core service.
