By accessing, downloading, installing, or using the Finance collection Pro mobile applications (Android / iOS) and web services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
Finance collection Pro provides a multi-tenant platform for micro-finance firms, collection agencies, and lenders to manage borrower accounts, schedule daily/weekly/monthly collections, post payments, calculate late fees, and track collector field locations. The service operates on a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) subscription model.
Tenant accounts are billed on a subscription basis (Monthly/Yearly) as defined in your package description. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Fees are non-refundable unless specified otherwise. We reserve the right to modify subscription fees with 30 days prior notice.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (Tenant ID, user emails, passwords). You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. You must comply with all applicable financial regulations, fair-debt collection guidelines, and data protection laws in your jurisdiction.
Our mobile applications require access to background or fine/coarse GPS location services. This feature is used solely to record geographical coordinate checkpoints of field agents during collection tasks. By logging in as field staff, you consent to this location logging.
All software source code, assets, database structures, UI designs, and trade names are the exclusive intellectual property of Vajochaga and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during an active subscription.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vajochaga and its associates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, our service, including database offline instances or loss of collection data.
We may suspend or terminate your subscription and deny access immediately if you fail to comply with these terms, or if payment defaults occur. Upon termination, your isolated tenant database will be permanently removed after a grace period of 15 days.
You acknowledge that usage of this app is subject to compliance with the Google Play Developer Distribution Agreement and Apple App Store Review Guidelines, specifically regarding financial services regulations, user data disclosure, and location access disclosures.
